Leadership in the Community – Summer 2020!

In this extremely challenging time of change and uncertainty in 2020, we are all asking urgent questions about what we can do to create a better world.

More than ever, even as ordinary individuals, we feel we want to step up and take some kind of leadership role, to make our voices heard, and to do something that helps.

This international ‘Passion in Action – Community Leadership with NLP’ project created by Judith DeLozier and Judith Lowe in 2003, has been taught around the world with many different types of groups and organisations, and most recently was presented as the Masterclass for the ANLP International Conference in London 2019.

It’s a programme  designed to offer the best of the tools and models of Systemic NLP  and to support everyone who wants to make a positive contribution in the world from the heart – at any scale, from personal change to global influence.

And now, summer 2020, this time of extreme uncertainty and chaos, seems about right to get started again, and to keep making progress. 

We will offer the fullest experience of this programme as we can – and you can then take the materials and the structure, make it yours, and pass it on where it’s needed.

Find your direction and create your project – yourself, community, world

We aim to help each person to find their energy, direction, focus and support.

You will learn how to take a dream to a plan, discovering what’s needed to give it life and substance, and make it a reality.

• Aligning values and self-leadership - discovering direction and vision, energy management and well-being
• Working with others – winning teams, generative collaboration and collective intelligence – Gathering the Allies
• Creating a project – and progressing it to future next steps, including dealing with obstacles and doubts, in a systems-focussed approach

We’ll be drawing on many of the core tools developed in NLP that relate to goal-setting, effective communication, problem solving, creativity, state-management and  belief change.

‘Live’ Modelling with NLP

A key part of the established programme is ‘live’ modelling, and the real-time transfer of patterns of excellence.

We can do this even in the virtual online world – as a demonstration, and also in the break out rooms offered by the zoom platform.

There is so much to learn from each other – gifts and needs to exchange – ideas and strategies to try on, adapt and test. Inspirational stories and role models from within the group are part of the transformational belief change, support and connections made.
